Owner / Consultant

Noel Lucas, the owner of NLHR Services, established the company in 2023 with a passion for assisting small businesses in organizing their human resources needs from the ground up. She thrives on customizing solutions to fit the unique requirements of each business.

Noel's diverse background laid the foundation for her entrepreneurial spirit and understanding of business operations. She graduated from Arizona State University in 2010 with an undergraduate degree in Film Studies.

Her dedicated career in Human Resources began in 2021 at Amazon, and she further expanded her experience by transitioning to a marketing firm later that same year. Noel is highly qualified, holding both aPHR and PHR certifications through HRCI, demonstrating her expertise and commitment to the HR field.

Outside of work, she cherishes spending quality time with her daughter and two beloved dogs. She finds joy and relaxation in gardening and also enjoys quiet moments alone or engaging in creative crafting with her daughter.
